As we welcome the new year, it's a great time to set up new goals, and getting more organized might be one of them. Realcore is here to assist you in achieving that!

Our Projects page is the key to keeping all your information organized. But what exactly is a Project? It's an agreement between your firm and a client, serving as a representation in real estate. This could be a listing agreement for property sale or lease, assistance to a buyer or tenant in locating properties, an ongoing consulting agreement, or a property-management agreement. You can learn more about what a project entails on our support page here.

Here are some practical tips for the new year:

Projects Page: View all your projects in one place under My Data. From this screen, you can add, edit, or delete existing projects. You can also make notes for any of your projects. Get more information on the Projects Page on our support page here.

Setting up Your Listings: If you haven't added projects yet, you can do so from the Projects page. When you add a listing to the projects page, include the expiration date. This triggers a notification to your Realcore calendar, reminding you when it's time to get a new contract signed. Learn how to add a new projecthere.

Project Portal: Consider the Project Portal as your central hub for all things related to your listing. It displays the tenants in your project, pulling info from existing deals at that property if they're already in Realcore. You can also manually enter tenants to track renewal dates. Learn more about the Project Portal here.

More The Just Listings: The Project Portal isn't just for listings; you can use it for tenant representation too! Check out our support page for videos on the Landlord Portal and the Corporate Services Portal. This makes it easier to update your clients on the actions you're taking for them.

Pushing to the Pipeline: Once you have projects in Realcore, you can push them to the pipeline. This carries over information such as the client, property, and agents, so you don't have to enter it twice. Learn more about pushing to the pipeline here.
