Realcore is already your place to manage your listings, project your income, track your payments, and keep tabs on lease renewals. Did you know Realcore can also be your CRM software? Realcore keeps a history of your interactions with any company from leads to clients. The My Data section is your CRM. Here's how to maximize the tool.


  • Stage 1: Leads Add all leads into Realcore. You can do this manually by adding them to the Prospect Page or by using our Outlook Add-in to add them to your Realcore account from an email automatically.
  • Stage 2: Prospect Once that lead is entered into your Prospects section, you can add files and notes, and share all that data with your team members. All of this information can be added from the Prospects page and categorized via your own tags or from the Outlook Add-in.
  • Stage 3: New Client When you finally land that listing, you can add it to your Pipeline directly by clicking the blue plus sign next to that Prospect. When you do that all of your notes, files, etc follow that company throughout its relationship with you. When you close the deal, that company officially becomes a Client.
  • Already have a list of Prospects? You can import existing Prospects directly into your Realcore account by uploading them to the Prospects page.

  • What happens after your Prospect becomes a Client? What if they renew their lease? You can renew their lease, and have all the previous information restored to a new transaction by clicking the blue plus sign next to the lease on the Leases page under the My Data tab. If this client has a new deal for you, you can add it as a new Pipeline deal, and that client will automatically appear in the Client dropdown on the Basic Information page.
