Somehow it is suddenly December and the busy holiday season is amongst us! As another year ends, it's important to tie up any loose ends in your Realcore account so that you can have a successful ending to 2022, and a solid start in 2023. Here are just a few things you can do.
Check your pipeline's "Pay Date" column to ensure all projected pay dates are up-to-date. If the deal is dead, change the chance of closing to "0%". Find out how to quickly make these changes on our Pipeline Quick Edits page.
Don't let lease expirations pass you by. Check your Lease Expiration page to see if any leases are ending this month. Visit our Lease Expiration Tutorial for details.
