Realcore makes it easy to track your current deals, but also plan for projected income. Keeping your Pipeline as accurate as possible will help you in meeting your goals. Here are things to do to keep your pipeline accurate as you focus on your closing those deals:


  • Make sure your Projected Payment dates are in 2023. Using the filters on your pipeline, change the dates to last year. Do you have any deals with Projected Payment dates in 2022? If so, update them so you can continue to track them. If the deal is dead, change the percentage of closing to 0%, and leave them in 2022.   • Build out your Pipeline. To prepare for the year, and to see your possible income, add any deals you think you can close this year. Make sure to set your percentages of closing, and change them as the deal progresses. Please take a look at our Pipeline tutorials to get transactions added.
  • Review your lease renewals Good agents want to know what their upcoming lease expirations are worth so you can allocate time accordingly. Check your lease expiration dates, and if you can renew them, push them directly to your Pipeline from the Leases page.
