The Income Summary box on your Pipeline page is still one of the most powerful tools for agents to keep a pulse on their year. It shows both what you’ve already earned and what you could still earn if the deals currently in your pipeline close.

To get the most out of it, remember that the Income Summary isn’t static — it’s designed to work hand-in-hand with your Pipeline filters. Adjusting the date range, chance of closing slider, and status filters makes the numbers meaningful at any point in the year. For example, as you move into Q4, raising your “Chance of Closing” percentage will give you a more realistic year-end projection.

Each figure in the Income Summary is calculated using payment dates in the current year, not just transaction dates. That means your snapshot always reflects when income is actually expected to hit. You’ll see a breakdown of:

  • Projected Income – the total of your Earned Income and your Future Income.
  • Earned Income – closed deals with payments due in the current year and deals that have already been paid out. This section is the total of your Paid Income and your Outstanding Income.
  • Paid Income – amounts you’ve already been paid out.
  • Outstanding Income – closed deals where payments are still outstanding.
  • Future Income – projected income from deals scheduled to have payments in this year. This is filtered by the % chance of closing you selected.
  • Company’s Goal – your goal as set by the leaders in your company.
  • My Goal – your goal that you set for yourself.
  • Number of Transactions – the number of deals you have closed in this year.
  • Current Split – your current split level tier.
  • Production Ranking – if this is turned on by your company, it indicated where you rank amongst the other agents within your firm.
  • Want to dig deeper? Pair the Income Summary with your Income Graph to see how earnings trend across months and service types, or run the My Metrics Report for a detailed breakdown by client, service line, and property type. Together, these tools turn your pipeline into a true forecasting engine — and give you clarity not only on where you are, but where you’re headed.
