
The Income Summary box on your Pipeline page is still one of the most powerful tools for agents to keep a pulse on their year. It shows both what you’ve already earned and what you could still earn if the deals currently in your pipeline close.
To get the most out of it, remember that the Income Summary isn’t static — it’s designed to work hand-in-hand with your Pipeline filters. Adjusting the date range, chance of closing slider, and status filters makes the numbers meaningful at any point in the year. For example, as you move into Q4, raising your “Chance of Closing” percentage will give you a more realistic year-end projection.
Each figure in the Income Summary is calculated using payment dates in the current year, not just transaction dates. That means your snapshot always reflects when income is actually expected to hit. You’ll see a breakdown of:
