With the new year comes a fresh outlook and it's the perfect time to set yourself up for success using Realcore. There's a few things you can do to start off on the right foot:
Set Your Goal: Literally. Did you know you can set your goal right on your pipeline page? Click on "My Goal" in your Income Summary box, and set your goal for the year. Learn more about the Income Summary here.
Sync your calendar: Successful agents have their Realcore calendar connected to their Outlook (or other email server.) Get renewal notifications, manage listing contracts, and get follow-up reminders straight to your calendar. Not sure how? Take a look at this short tutorial to get set up.
Create a 2025 pipeline: Build out a pipeline of deals you think you can close this year. To guide you in this process, review your lease renewals, add all sale or lease availability, and add any transactions you think will occur.
