Maintaining a collection of agent resources is a task that many admins may not realize the importance of. Sure, you retain all the required forms, websites, and dates, in an organized & accessible place that is easy for you to send to agents, but wouldn't it be easier if agents could find the information themselves?

The Resource & Market pages were designed just for that. You can create files & store information that can be easily maintained, updated and shared - and it's simple to do! Examples include:  

1. Resources page:

  • Purchase agreements and lease forms
  • Customer representation agreements
  • License renewal information
  • Marketing flyers
  • Confidentiality agreements & memorandum offering (OM)
  • Link to: tax assessor's website, clerk, if court, city & county zoning

2. Market page:

  • Record needs, wants, and FYI's that can be searched later
  • Compile a record of tenants in the market and their contacts
  • In the comparables, not only are system comps generated but additionally, outside comps can be added
  • Store research files and articles
  • Add links to frequently accessed sites
