It is finally 2021! We have said it a million times already – but this year could not come soon enough. Although COVID-19 may remain and there is still some uncertainly, it is time for fresh starts, new goals, and learning to adapt to different situations. When it comes to Realcore, starting out strong in the platform is key to a successful 2021. From starting out early with data input to following up with contacts to calendar reminders, ensuring your best foot is forward in Realcore will keep you on track throughout the year. Here are a few ways that you can start the year off right: 

1. Lease Renewals – Now is the time to check how many lease renewals you have in 2021. You do not want to miss the opportunity to follow up and renew leases. You can view lease renewals in My Data or My Leases. Note: Leases in ‘red’ expire in 6 months and leases in ‘yellow’ expire in 12 months.

2. Pipeline - Your 2021 plan starts here! Building out your pipeline of deals you think can be closed in the coming year will help you to be successful throughout 2021. In addition to reviewing lease renewals, you can add all sale or lease availability and any additional transaction you think will occur.

3. Calendars & Contacts  - Be sure that you have imported your contacts in Realcore for easy follow up and marketing purposes. Your calendars should also be synced. Realcore makes it easy to get those lease renewal reminders, manage listing contacts, and follow up with clients or prospects to make sure you never miss a critical sale date. Set up your contact and calendars now.
