Tracy Harris is a private equity executive and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience across operations, product strategy, investor relations, and ESG leadership. She currently advises organizations through Endura Advisors and also serves as a board member and investment committee chair with John Rex Endowment.
Her background includes senior leadership roles at Siris Capital Group, StepStone Group, GCM Grosvenor, and Credit Suisse. Tracy brings valuable perspective to Realcore’s Executive Committee in the areas of strategic growth, operational discipline, governance, and long-term value creation.
