Jeff Sheehan

Jeff Sheehan is Managing Partner of Trinity Capital Advisors, where he leads investment strategy, development execution, and long-term portfolio growth. He brings more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience across development, acquisitions, capital structuring, leasing, and asset management.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has led or overseen more than $2.5 billion in developments and acquisitions totaling approximately 15 million square feet. His background includes senior experience at Duke Realty, where he oversaw a 10 million-square-foot institutional portfolio across multiple markets. He brings valuable perspective to Realcore’s board in the areas of investment, development, and long-term strategic growth.
