Michael Goodmon is Executive Vice President of Capitol Broadcasting Company, where he helps lead the company’s real estate, baseball, and strategic investment activities. His work spans a broad portfolio of mixed-use development, adaptive reuse, community-building initiatives, and operating businesses across North Carolina.

Michael leads CBC’s real estate efforts, including major developments such as the American Tobacco Historic District in Durham and Rocky Mount Mills in Rocky Mount. He also oversees CBC’s baseball operations, including the Durham Bulls and Holly Springs Salamanders, and has helped support entrepreneurial and alternative investment initiatives across the region. His experience in development, investment, and long-term strategic growth brings valuable perspective to Realcore’s board.
