Rich Harris

Chairman and Co-Founder

Rich Harris is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Realcore Applications. He helped conceive the platform from firsthand experience building and leading a high-performing commercial real estate firm, with the goal of using technology to improve visibility, strengthen advisory work, and help firms compete more effectively.

Over the course of his career, Rich has completed nearly 2,000 commercial real estate transactions and built a reputation as a top producer, market strategist, and early adopter of technology in his advisory practice. He founded Synergy Commercial Advisors in 2008, later led its successful sale to what is now Cushman and Wakefield, and was then selected to lead the Raleigh-Durham office.
