Dave Harris

CEO and Co-Founder

Dave Harris is the CEO and Co-Founder of Realcore Applications, where he has led the company’s growth, product development, and strategic direction since inception. Over nearly sixteen years, he has overseen virtually every facet of the business, including strategic planning, sales, budgeting and forecasting, product development, and team leadership.

Before Realcore, Dave co-founded Synergy Commercial Advisors, a commercial real estate firm where he served as Chief Operating Officer and also contributed as a producer. During Synergy’s six-year growth run, his leadership and technology expertise helped drive revenue growth, expand headcount, and strengthen the firm’s operating platform. In 2014, he worked directly on the successful sale of the business to Cassidy Turley, now Cushman and Wakefield, including oversight of due diligence and integration planning.

Dave is also an eight-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and recipient of the Triangle Business Journal’s inaugural Rising Star CIO of the Year award.
