With Realcore, the Comparables section isn’t just a static list — it’s a dynamic tool that gives your team full visibility into past transactions and the ability to filter and analyze what matters most.
From your Market tab, you can filter comps by:
- Transaction Type(Lease or Sale)
- Specific Date Range
- Submarkets
- Property Types
- Tags (custom firm-wide tags created by admins for even deeper categorization)
Each comp card includes details like property, square footage, start rate, term, rent abatement, TI allowance, escalation, and effective rate. You can export your selections to Excel/CSV for client-ready presentations.
Realcore Administrators have additional control:
- They can create and manage tags for your firm’s comps.
- They can edit or update comps – your goal that you set for yourself.
- They can access the linked transaction directly from the comp card, tying every data point back to the original deal.
Together, these features make comps in Realcore more than a record — they’re a tool for strategy, prospecting, and winning business.
