We've recently had our first user wide New Agent Training, and it was a huge success! We want to keep this ball rolling, so we've decided to make this meeting monthly.
If you have any new agents, or any user in general who wants a brush up, they are welcome to attend. You can direct them to our Support Page - Trainings where they will find the date of the next meeting, and be able to download the calendar invite for the meetings. You can also find the date for our upcoming Admin & Agent calls, and download those calendar invites on this same page.
We have also setup a page on our support site where we can post the recording of the monthly agent training video, as well as our monthly agent calls.
