The end of the year is almost upon us! And while you debate if it's too early to put up the Christmas tree or not yet (I'm personally team Nov 1), we want to talk about some of our favorite reports on the Accounting Page. You can read more about them here, and on our Support Page.
Cashflow Report
You can use this report when you're looking to see the payments received over a selected time period. This includes transactions that may not have closed during the specified time, but have received money during the dates selected.
Commissions Paid Report
This report shows an incoming payment breakdown by transaction that includes outside payments and expenses. This report also includes the summary of internal agent payments and outside firm payments.
Document Printer
This is a feature that allows users to print specific documents for multiple deals at once. You can also print complete “Deal Packages” for multiple deals at once, as well as print all deal files for multiple deals at one time.
Deduction Report
This report can be used to see a list of deductions for agents, or for the company, within a specified date range. The data can be filtered by pay date, bill sent date, payment received date, or date closed. You can further filter the data by selecting all, or specific deductions.
