Every night, Realcore runs a comprehensive “nightly process” to ensure your data stays accurate and up to date. Here's how it works:
- First, the Accounting page is refreshed in full.
- Next, invoices are updated, breaking down deals per agent—including broker gross fees, net fees, and company fees.
- Then, the Management page pulls in the latest financials.
- Regionall data gets updated.
- Finally, the calendar is refreshed with the latest changes.
While Realcore updates in real-time as you work, pages that involve heavy number crunching—like Summary, Production, and Cashflow tabs in Management—rely on saved data from the nightly sync.

Traditionally, most of the information on this page was generated automatically during the closing process. However, based on your valuable feedback, we're introducing enhanced customization options for lease transactions.
