As a Company Administrator, you have complete control over the users within your firm's platform. From adding new users, to changing the user permissions, everything can be managed within the Administrator tab.
We have recently received questions and feedback regarding this process, so we wanted to spotlight this feature in this month's email. This link will help in overseeing your firm's Realcore users and includes instructions on doing the following:
- Adding Users
- Changing Roles / Rules
- Blocking Users
- Archiving Users
Keep in mind that all users with the Company Administrator role can make these changes. If you have new administrators in your firm and would like to schedule additional training, be sure to email us!
