Imagine having all your comp data—accurate, organized, and easy to find—right at your fingertips. With Realcore, it's not just possible, it's simple.
Comps are essential to identifying market trends and unlocking opportunities to grow your business. Here's how Realcore helps you analyze and organize comps more effectively:
Tags
Quickly organize your comps with Tags. When manually entering a comp, you can assign Tags (and Notes) for easy sorting later. Need to tag older comps? No problem—admins can edit and tag any comp, whether manually entered or automatically generated from deals.
Maps
See exactly where your comps are located with just a few clicks. Select comps, and they'll instantly appear on a map—displaying key details like property address, type, units, start date, effective rate, rent abatement, and tenant improvements ($/SF). It's fast, intuitive, and gives you clear market insights at a glance.
Manual Comp Entry
Have comps from outside sources—another broker, CoStar, or an OM? You can easily input those into Realcore to build your complete comp database. Manual comps are clearly marked with a red asterisk, so you'll always know which ones came from outside your deals.
Have questions or need help with your comps? Our support team is always happy to help!
Angelo Sneak Peak
Get a closer look at some of the exciting updates coming to Realcore Angelo!
We're excited to introduce one of our favorite new features in Realcore Angelo: the ability to pay multiple deals at once!
In the current version of Realcore, if you receive a check covering several deals, you need to process each payment individually. With Angelo, you can now select multiple invoices and pay them all in a single batch.
It's simple—just select the invoices you want to pay, then click Review Payments.
From there, the system will automatically generate a batch number and display the total amount received. You can easily enter the check number, along with the received and agent pay dates. You also have the flexibility to modify deals and apply partial payments if needed.
Our Notes Box and Filing Cabinet now feature a dropdown, allowing you to select deals and attach notes or upload files directly into the appropriate deal folders. You can then review each deal to apply deductions and review broker splits as needed.
Each payment page gives you a detailed overview, showing payments related to the deal—including outside parties. You can also review internal broker splits and deduct any agent expenses before finalizing payments.
Let us know what you think—more updates are on the way as we get closer to the full Angelo rollout!
