Realcore has several areas across the platform where users can add notes. Whether it's notes on transactions, prospects, or leases — the ability to add a note for other users to see is extremely beneficial. This month I wanted to break down the use of different types of notes related specifically to Accounting.
There are four types of notes that administrators find to be most helpful:
- Accounting Notes
- Invoice Notes
- Payment Notes
- Transaction Notes
